A website that brings in work

Fast sites and online stores, on the platform that fits you.

Who it’s for

For businesses whose website feels out of date, makes it hard to enquire or buy, or leaves staff copying enquiries into other systems.

What we set up

  • New site or redesign
  • Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce
  • Forms that feed your systems

From idea to handover

What we do

  1. Agree what visitors need

We map the pages, products and actions that help your customers enquire, book or buy.

  2. Build around your business

We choose a suitable platform and build clear pages that work on phones as well as larger screens.

  3. Connect and test

We connect forms or orders to the agreed systems, then check the customer journey and search basics.

  4. Launch and hand over

You keep your website, accounts and content. We show you how to make updates and discuss care if you need it.

Builder: quotes

Writing quotes eats my evenings.

A quote form on your website drafts the quote for you to check and send.

Questions owners ask

How much does a website cost in Australia?

It depends on what the site has to do, so we quote after a free call. The biggest cost drivers are the number of pages, whether you sell online, and how many systems your forms or orders need to connect to.

A simple information site costs less than a store that takes payments and sends orders into your accounts or stock system. Ask any builder for a quote that lists the build, hosting, domain and ongoing care as separate lines. Cheap sites often skip what brings in work: fast phone loading, clear enquiry forms and basic search settings.

Who owns my website, domain and hosting?

You do. We set up the domain, hosting and accounts in your business name, and you give us access to work on them. You keep your website, accounts and content.

Ask for this in writing before you sign. Check who is listed as the domain's registrant, not just who pays the bill. We show you where each login lives at handover, so you can take your domain and content with you if you ever move.

What is hosting, and do I have to pay for it?

Hosting is the rented space where your website lives on the internet. Most business sites need it every month or year, so it should appear as its own line in any quote. We agree the hosting plan and who pays for it during planning.

Think of your domain name as your address and hosting as the building. If hosting lapses, customers cannot reach your site. Keep your own login even if someone else manages day-to-day care.

Should I use Shopify, WooCommerce or a custom website?

It depends on what you sell, how many products you have and whether you already use WordPress. Shopify is quick to start and handles many store jobs for you. WooCommerce gives more control, and suits businesses already on WordPress.

We recommend a platform after a free call, based on your products, your team's skills and the systems you need to connect. Switching later costs time, so the choice is worth getting right early.

Why do I get carts and checkouts but few sales?

The most common cause is a surprise at the last step, such as extra shipping or fees, or being forced to create an account. Most online shoppers leave a cart without buying, with an average abandonment rate of 70.22% across 50 studies (Baymard Institute, 2026). An empty cart is normal, but the checkout path is something you can fix.

We review each step of your checkout on phones and computers with you. We then agree the changes that remove the biggest barriers first.

Will my website show up when customers ask AI tools or Google?

Nobody can promise a place in Google or AI answers. We focus on what you control: service pages that name what you do and where, consistent business details, and pages that load well on phones. Most phone sites now respond well to taps, with 77% of mobile websites rated good for responsiveness in the HTTP Archive sample (HTTP Archive Web Almanac, 2025).

AI tools draw on more than your website, including reviews and business listings. We check these with you so your information matches everywhere it appears.

Does a new website help my Google Business Profile?

It can help, but your Google Business Profile is a separate listing. Your website and profile need the same business name, address, phone number and services. If they do not match, customers and search engines get mixed signals.

We check both and make the details match. We do not control how Google ranks your listing.
