Plumber: new enquiries
Leads go cold while I'm on the tools.
Every enquiry gets a friendly reply in a minute, plus a booking link.
Connect systems
Customer details flow between your tools. No copy and paste.
We set up and look after automations in these tools, and connect them to your CRM.
For businesses entering the same customer, order or invoice details in different places, or piecing reports together by hand.
From idea to handover
We look at your forms, customer records, accounts and reports, and agree which system holds the main record.
Together we decide which details to share, when to send them and who should have access.
We build the connections and test missing fields, duplicate records and updates with you.
You get a guide to the connections, access to what we build and a clear process for checking problems.
How it could work
Examples where information needs to move from an enquiry, document or website form into the next part of the job.

Writing quotes eats my evenings.
A quote form on your website drafts the quote for you to check and send.

Bills sit in my inbox until tax time.
Every invoice is found, filed in your accounts and ready for your accountant.
Connect systems
We set the connection up to match existing records first, so duplicates are much less likely. Before anything goes live, we agree how a customer or order is identified (for example, by email address or order number). We then test the same record arriving twice, plus edits and refunds, using real examples from your business. If a duplicate still happens, the agreed process shows your team how to fix it and stop it happening again.
Failed transfers should be logged and flagged, not dropped quietly. In a 2026 QuickBooks survey of about 5,000 small and midsize businesses in the US, Canada, the UK and Australia, over 1 in 3 reported challenges with tools that do not integrate. We show your team where to check the log, what to look for first, and who to contact if it keeps failing.
One system holds the main record, and the others follow it. We agree which system is the master for each detail, such as customer contact details in your CRM or invoices in Xero. Changes made in the other system may be overwritten, so your team needs to know where each kind of change should be made.
Only if you ask for it, and we agree the plan before anything moves. Many ready-made connections only pick up new orders and records from the day they are switched on. Moving history needs an export, a copy and a check, so nothing is doubled or lost.
Often, but it depends on what your booking software can share. We check its options first, then plan the link, including which bookings, payments and customer details move. Most business apps are still not connected to each other, even in large companies: Salesforce's 2026 Connectivity Benchmark found only 27% of enterprise applications were integrated. Your booking tool may only send some details, so we test the examples you care about.
You do not need a developer to use the connections day to day. Someone in your business should own the checks, and we agree who handles changes if one of your apps updates. Many owners do not have time to learn new tools, so the setup is designed to need as little learning from you as possible.
